PT TASPEN (Persero) has recorded a new milestone in pensions services. In 2026, the payment of Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) was disbursed faster than government rules require, with 97 percent of 3.2 million pensioners receiving it.

This acceleration is supported by TASPEN’s digital transformation, which has reduced the administrative process from three days to just one day.

To ensure optimal service, TASPEN’s President Commissioner, Fary Djemy Francis, carried out a direct inspection at TASPEN Medan Branch Office and Medan Post Office as partner payers. The aim was to ensure the disbursement process runs smoothly.

The inspection also sought to hear directly the experiences of pensioners in receiving benefits. This is part of TASPEN’s commitment to ensure THR disbursement is conducted safely and accurately in accordance with the 5T principle: Right Person, Right Amount, Right Time, Right Place, and Right Administration.

Fary said President Prabowo Subianto’s directive is clear: there must be no late THR payments because this affects people’s needs. TASPEN is committed to ensuring pensioners’ rights are fulfilled quickly and accurately.

“Through the sampling exercise at Medan Post Office, we engaged in dialogue with THR recipients for 2026 and received appreciation because payments this year were received more quickly than in previous years,” he said in a statement on Friday (6 March 2026).

He also praised the support of all TASPEN pay partners, both banking institutions and the Medan Post Office, which have ensured the smoothness of the disbursement process. To date, around 97 percent of the total THR has been paid to beneficiaries.

The sampling activity was conducted at various locations, directly monitoring each process at the Branch Office and TASPEN Pay Partner. From interacting with pensioners to evaluating the readiness of the system and services that support the smooth payment of benefits.

This effort is aimed at ensuring all THR disbursement processes run optimally and to maintain the quality of service to participants across Indonesia.

Furthermore, this year’s THR disbursement was carried out simultaneously through an integrated pension payment system with 45 TASPEN pay partners across Indonesia.
