2026 Civil Service School Selection: 4,770 Places Opened at IPDN-STAN
Jakarta - The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) has set the schedule for the 2026 Civil Service School student intake. This information is expected to serve as a reference for prospective applicants, including those in the working area of BKN Regional Office XII, to observe every stage of the selection process from announcement to advanced selection.
Quoted from BKN Pekanbaru, the schedule was set based on the Head of BKN Letter Number 5249/B-KS.04.01/SD/K/2026 dated 12 August 2026. The selection announcement is scheduled for 15-24 August 2026, while registration opens on 18-30 August 2026.
In 2026, there are 4,770 places across nine ministries/agencies organising Civil Service Schools, namely the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Immigration and Corrections, Ministry of Law, Statistics Indonesia (BPS), State Intelligence Agency (BIN), National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), and the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG).
After registration, administrative selection takes place from 18 August to 1 September 2026. Administrative selection results are announced on 2-3 September 2026, with an objection period on 4-5 September 2026. Objection responses are scheduled for 4-6 September 2026, while post-objection results are announced on 7-8 September 2026.
The next stage includes the issuance of billing codes and payment of non-tax state revenue (PNBP) for the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) using BKN’s Computer Assisted Test (CAT) in September 2026. The SKD is scheduled for 22 September to 7 October 2026, followed by score processing from 27 September to 10 October 2026. SKD results are announced in stages from 1 to 13 October 2026.
Applicants who pass the SKD then proceed to advanced selection from 11 to 28 October 2026. Final graduation announcements by ministries/agencies are scheduled for 21 October to 1 November 2026.
Head of BKN Prof. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh emphasised that the schedule serves as a common guideline for organising ministries/agencies in carrying out all selection stages according to the set times.
BKN urges prospective applicants to carefully review the schedule, requirements and provisions of each ministry/agency and to prepare themselves from the outset.
