2,144 Passengers Arrive at Tanjung Priok Port Today

Jakarta (ANTARA) - A total of 2,144 passengers using the sea transportation services of PT Pelni (Persero) arrived at Tanjung Priok Port in Jakarta on Friday.

The passengers consisted of 826 individuals on Motor Ship (KM) Dobonsolo and 1,318 on KM Bukit Raya, which docked at the port at 08:00 and 10:00 WIB according to PT Pelni’s official schedule.

“Today, KM Dobonsolo arrived with 826 passengers, as well as KM Bukit Raya with 1,318 passengers,” said Antonius Lumban Gaol, Head of Pelni’s Jakarta Branch, to ANTARA in Jakarta on Friday.

KM Dobonsolo departed from Makassar on Tuesday (24/3) at 19:00 WIB, first heading to Surabaya before arriving in Jakarta this morning.

Meanwhile, KM Bukit Raya departed from Midai in Natuna Regency on Monday (23/3) at 21:00 WIB, stopping at several other islands such as Natuna, Tarempa in Anambas Islands Regency, Letung, Kijang in Bintan Regency, and Belinyu in Bangka Regency, before arriving in Jakarta this morning.

Both ships are scheduled to depart again, with KM Bukit Raya expected to leave today at 23:59, while KM Dobonsolo will depart on Saturday (28/3) at 02:00 WIB.

“For KM Bukit Raya, tickets are still available (for the departure tonight),” said Antonius Lumban Gaol.

As of Thursday (26/3), Gaol stated that Pelni Jakarta had recorded 17,295 passengers transported from Tanjung Priok Port during the 2026 Lebaran transportation period.

The number of passengers arriving at Tanjung Priok Port stands at 18,830, and both figures could increase until the end of the 2026 Lebaran transportation period.
