2,065 civil servants from ministries begin second wave of Reserve Component basic military training

A total of 2,065 civil servants from 50 ministries and agencies have been declared to have passed selection and officially begun their education as members of the Reserve Component (Komcad). The opening ceremony for the second wave of Basic Military Training (Latsarmil) for civil servants from ministries and institutions was held at the Brigif Pasgat Halim field in Jakarta on Monday (24/8/2026). The participants will be directed to five education units: the Army Health Education Centre (Pusdikkes Puskesad), the 1st Marine Infantry Brigade (Brigif 1 Pasmar), the Air Force Language Centre (Pusbahasa Kodiklat AU), the 461st Special Forces Battalion (Batalyon 461 Pasgat), and the 465th Special Forces Battalion (Batalyon 465 Pasgat).
