190 illegal immigrants held in Lombok

MATARAM, West Nusa Tenggara: The West Nusa Tenggara Police have taken 190 illegal immigrants into custody here, in preparation for sending them to Jakarta.

Adj. Comr. Tri Budi Pangastuti, spokesman for the provincial police, said here on Wednesday that the refugees, who mostly hailed from Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq, were being held at several locations in the province.
