19 Train Journeys Cancelled Due to Train and Commuter Rail Collision in Bekasi
PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) has announced adjustments to train operations for journeys to and from the Jakarta area (Gambir and Pasar Senen Stations). KAI reported that 19 train journeys have been cancelled.
Manager of Public Relations for KAI’s Daop 1 Jakarta, Franoto Wibowo, expressed apologies for the inconvenience experienced by customers due to the disruption in train services today, Tuesday (28/4/2026).
The following are some of the train journeys to and from the Jakarta area (Gambir and Pasar Senen Stations) that have been cancelled today:

Franoto added that affected customers can cancel their tickets up to seven days from the scheduled departure date on their ticket, with KAI providing a 100% refund of the ticket fare excluding booking fees in accordance with applicable regulations.
“KAI also urges customers to monitor the latest information through KAI’s official channels and to reconsider their travel schedules,” said Franoto.
Train Delays
KAI also apologised for several train journeys from the Daop 1 Jakarta area experiencing departure delays because the trains had to wait in queue. This situation is a consequence of the train accident incident at Bekasi Timur Station.

KA 6 Argo Semeru (Gambir-Surabaya Gubeng) departed at 06:32 WIB, delayed by 12 minutes
KA 26 Argo Merbabu (Gambir-Semarang Tawang) departed at 07:08 WIB, delayed by 68 minutes
KA 50F Purwojaya (Gambir-Cilacap) departed at 07:25 WIB, delayed by 25 minutes
KA 132B Parahyangan (Gambir-Bandung) departed at 09:10 WIB, delayed by 100 minutes
Departures from Pasar Senen Station
KA 74B Fajar Utama Solo (Pasar Senen-Solo Balapan) departed at 06:00 WIB, delayed by 20 minutes
KA 110B Fajar Utama Yogyakarta (Pasar Senen-Yogyakarta) departed at 08:00 WIB, delayed by 25 minutes
