19 hospitalized with food poisoning

SIDOARJO, East Java: Two hundred residents of Kedungboto subdistrict, 20 kilometers southeast of Surabaya, have suspected food poisoning, with 19 of them being hospitalized.

The residents attended a wedding reception held by Abdul Rachim's family on Wednesday night.

Dian Purnamasari, one of the victims who was hospitalized, said on Friday that she ate the food provided by the host of the wedding, but soon was overcome with dizziness and nausea. -- JP
