The Judicial Commission (KY) has announced that 19 candidates for the Supreme Court, 2 candidates for ad hoc human rights judges at the Supreme Court, and 2 candidates for ad hoc corruption judges at the Supreme Court have passed the health and personality selection stage.

‘The decision on passing the health and personality selection is final and cannot be contested,’ said KY member and spokesperson Anita Kadir during a hybrid press conference on Tuesday (28/7/2026). The decision was finalised during a KY Plenary Meeting in Central Jakarta. She explained that the successful candidates will proceed to the fourth selection stage, which is an interview.

‘Subsequently, participants who have passed are entitled to take part in the interview selection from Monday to Friday, 3 to 7 July 2026, at the KY office on Jalan Kramat Raya No 57, Central Jakarta,’ Anita continued.

The list of successful candidates includes nine for the criminal chamber, four for the civil chamber, three for the religious chamber, and three for the state administrative chamber specialising in tax. Additionally, Andreas Eno Tirtakusuma and Sudiyo passed for the ad hoc corruption judge positions, while Edwin Partogi Pasaribu and Roki Panjaitan passed for the ad hoc human rights judge positions.

Anita urged the participants to disregard any parties promising to facilitate their success or graduation in the selection process. Notably, former KPK Supervisory Board member Albertina Ho, who was previously listed among the candidates, was absent from the list of those who passed this stage. The next phase will involve interviews where candidates will be assessed on their vision, mission, commitment, statesmanship, integrity, legal knowledge, and technical competence by a panel comprising seven KY members, a statesman, and a legal expert.
