Jakarta, VIVA – Mobile driving licence (SIM Keliling) services returned to normal operations on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, after schedule adjustments during the Lunar New Year national holiday and collective leave period. Members of the public can now resume renewing their driving licences as usual at various service points.

In the Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polda Metro Jaya) jurisdiction, driving licence services at licensing centres (Satpas), SIM counters and mobile SIM vehicles have fully reopened. Jakarta residents can make use of licence renewal services at a number of locations that have been operational since the morning.

For Central Jakarta, residents can visit the Lapangan Banteng Post Office. Meanwhile, East Jakarta residents can process their licence renewals at Grand Mall Cakung.

In West Jakarta, mobile SIM vehicles are operating at Citraland Mall and LTC Glodok. South Jakarta residents can make use of the service available at the Trilogi University campus in Kalibata.

All mobile SIM service points in Jakarta operate from 08:00 to 14:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB). Residents are advised to arrive early as daily service quotas remain limited.

SIM services in Bekasi have also returned to normal operations. Residents can make use of the mobile SIM service at Bekasi Cyber Park, with operating hours from 08:00 to 10:00 WIB.

In Bogor, mobile SIM services have resumed at several locations, including Jambu Dua Mall with service hours from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB. Residents can once again process renewals as on regular working days.

For the Bandung area, mobile SIM services are operating today at ITC Kebon Kelapa and Tenth Avenue. Both locations serve as renewal points for Class A and Class C driving licences that are still valid.

In addition to mobile SIM vehicles, Bandung residents can also make use of the SIM counter at the Bandung City Public Service Mall (MPP) and the Botanica SIM counter as alternative service locations. The availability of multiple service points makes it easier for residents to choose the nearest location.

Mobile SIM services only handle renewals of Class A and Class C driving licences that are still valid. Applicants must bring a valid national identity card (KTP), the original driving licence along with a photocopy, and a health certificate as administrative requirements.
