16 Best Ogoh-ogohs Featured at Kasanga Festival 2026 in Denpasar

Denpasar, Bali – A procession of ogoh-ogoh, Balinese ceremonial statues, took centre stage at Kasanga Festival 2026 in Denpasar on Friday 6 March 2026. The ogoh-ogoh competition, organised by the Denpasar City Government, showcased 16 ogoh-ogoh from throughout Denpasar as a tribute to the creativity of young people in safeguarding tradition while welcoming Nyepi Day, the Saka 1948 New Year. Spectators watched as youths carried and displayed these artful sculptures through the streets, celebrating a culture that remains vibrant and evolving.
