158,429 General Legal Administration Service Applications Fail to Meet Requirements
Precision by applicants is a key factor in ensuring that legal administration services can be processed without hindrance.
The Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU) of the Ministry of Law is encouraging the public and business actors to ensure that all documents and requirements are compliant before submitting applications.
As of 20 September 2026, a total of 158,429 AHU service applications failed the verification process.
These rejections are part of a process to ensure that every service is provided to applicants who meet all legal requirements and provisions.
“Every application must meet the applicable legal requirements and provisions before services can be issued or provided,” said the Director General of General Legal Administration of the Ministry of Law, Widodo, in Jakarta, Friday (2/10/2026).
Data from Ditjen AHU records that from the beginning of 2026 until 20 September, there were 11,190,922 applications for legal administration services.
A total of 11,073,631 applications have been completed, achieving a completion rate of 98.95 per cent.
Of that number, 10,915,202 applications were accepted, while 158,429 applications were rejected following the verification process.
According to Widodo, verification is necessary to ensure that legal administration services are not only fast but also in accordance with statutory regulations.
