The government has launched the second batch of the National Internship Programme (MagangHub) for 2026, increasing the participant quota from 100,000 to 150,000 in an effort to broaden opportunities for university graduates to gain work experience and accelerate their transition into the workforce.

Registration for organising partners and the submission of vacancies through the SIAPKerja platform will be open from 29 June to 15 July 2026. Participant registration will take place from 15 to 28 July 2026 via the link https://maganghub.kemnaker.go.id/pendaftaran/magang-nasional.

The selection process is scheduled for 29 July to 5 August 2026, with successful participants due to begin their internships on 10 August 2026. The kick-off for MagangHub Batch II will be held on 11 August 2026.

Requirements for the internship programme include being an Indonesian citizen with a National Identity Number (NIK), and a graduate with a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or professional certification from a higher education institution. Applicants must have graduated no more than one year prior to registration, calculated from the date of their diploma or professional certificate. The professional certificate itself must have been obtained within two years of the diploma or bachelor’s degree date.

In addition to receiving a salary equivalent to the provincial minimum wage (UMP) for three months, participants will also receive BPJS Ketenagakerjaan social security coverage, an official certificate from the Ministry of Manpower, access to professional mentors, a national networking platform, pre-internship training, and career opportunities.
