15 Companies Queue for IPO, 11 in Jumbo Category
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has recorded 15 companies in the queue for stock listings or initial public offerings (IPOs) until 10 April 2026. Eleven companies fall into the jumbo category.
BEI’s Director of Company Valuation, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, detailed that the 11 companies have large-scale assets above Rp 250 billion. Meanwhile, the other four companies have medium-scale assets of Rp 50 billion to Rp 250 billion.
“Up to now, there are 15 companies in the BEI stock listing pipeline,” Nyoman stated in a written remark quoted on Saturday (11/4/2026).
The IPO queue is dominated by the healthcare sector with four companies, followed by consumer non-cyclicals with three companies. The rest come from consumer cyclicals, infrastructure, technology, energy, and financials sectors.
Up to 10 April 2026, BEI has recorded only one company that listed on the exchange via IPO, raising a total of Rp 0.30 trillion. This debut IPO was conducted by PT BSA Logistic Tbk (WBSA) on Friday (10/4).
“As of 10 April 2026, one company has listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, raising Rp 0.30 trillion,” he explained.
For bonds, BEI has issued 50 bond and sukuk emissions or Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS) from 33 issuers. The total funds raised amount to Rp 55.20 trillion.
Currently, there are still 40 emissions from 28 EBUS issuers in the issuance pipeline. The sectors include financials with 14 companies, infrastructure with seven companies, energy with three companies, and basic materials and consumer non-cyclicals each with two companies.
“As of 10 April 2026, there are 40 emissions from 28 EBUS issuers currently in the pipeline,” he concluded.
