The 13th-month salary for Civil Servants (ASN) is scheduled to be disbursed as early as June 2026. State officials, including the president, governors, and regents/mayors, will also receive the 13th-month salary. The disbursement of the 2026 ASN 13th-month salary is regulated under Government Regulation (PP) No. 9 of 2026, signed by President Prabowo Subianto on 3 March 2026. Article 2 of the regulation states that the government will provide the 13th-month salary to state apparatus, retirees, pension recipients, and allowance recipients. Article 3(1) specifies that state apparatus includes civil servants (PNS) and prospective civil servants, PPPK personnel, Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) personnel, Indonesian National Police (Polri) members, and state officials. Therefore, the president and vice-president are also eligible for the 13th-month salary. Article 3(4) details that state officials include the president and vice-president, as well as chairpersons and members of the assemblies in the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR), House of Representatives (DPR), and Regional Representative Council (DPD). It also covers chairpersons, deputy chairpersons, junior chairpersons, and Supreme Court justices, along with chairpersons, deputy chairpersons, and judges at all judicial bodies, excluding ad hoc judges. This also includes the chairpersons, deputy chairpersons, and members of the Constitutional Court. Furthermore, the chairpersons, deputy chairpersons, and members of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), the Judicial Commission, and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), as well as ministers and equivalent officials. Indonesian diplomatic representatives abroad serving as extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors are also entitled to the 13th-month salary, as well as governors and deputy governors, regents and mayors, and their respective deputy regents and deputy mayors. Finally, other state officials specified by law are also eligible for the 13th-month salary.
