13th-Month Civil Servant Salary to Be Paid Next Week, Check Amount!
The government is set to disburse the 13th-month salary for civil servants (ASN) in June 2026, as stipulated in Government Regulation No. 9 of 2026, which outlines the schedule and amounts. Article 15(1) states: ‘The 13th-month salary shall be paid no earlier than June 2026,’ according to the regulation cited on Monday, 25 May 2026. The regulation covers civil servants (PNS), prospective civil servants (CPNS), government employees with contracts (PPPK), TNI military personnel, police members, and state officials. Non-ASN staff in non-structural institutions also have fixed amounts: non-structural institution leaders receive approximately Rp31.4 million, deputy leaders Rp29.6 million, and secretaries and members Rp28.1 million each. Echelon I officials receive around Rp24.8 million, Echelon II Rp19.5 million, Echelon III Rp13.8 million, and Echelon IV Rp10.6 million. For non-ASN staff based on education level, amounts vary: primary to junior high school graduates earn between Rp4.2 million and Rp5 million depending on service period; senior high school to D-I graduates receive Rp4.9 million to Rp5.8 million; D-II to D-III graduates get Rp5.4 million to Rp6.5 million; D-IV or bachelor’s degree holders receive Rp6.5 million to Rp7.8 million, while master’s and doctoral graduates earn Rp7.7 million to Rp9 million, subject to service length. Components of the 13th-month salary paid from the national budget include basic salary, family allowance, food allowance, position or general allowance, and performance allowance. For regional budget-funded ASN salaries, components are basic salary, family allowance, food allowance, position or general allowance, and additional income up to one month’s salary, considering regional fiscal capacity and legal requirements. Pensioners and beneficiaries receive pension, family allowance, food allowance, and additional income.
