12 UBSI Lecturers Selected for ParagonCorp's 2026 Inspiring Lecturer Programme

A total of 12 lecturers from Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) have successfully passed the selection for the 2026 Inspiring Lecturer Program (ILP) by ParagonCorp, a programme designed to develop educators into inspirational, innovative agents of change in the world of education. This achievement demonstrates the commitment of UBSI lecturers to enhancing their competence while strengthening the quality of learning that is adaptive to technological developments and industry needs. The success aligns with UBSI’s commitment as a Creative Digital Campus, which holds an ‘Unggul’ (Excellent) accreditation, to improve the quality of education through human resource development, particularly for lecturers as the front line in producing competent and competitive graduates. Various capacity-building programmes are continuously encouraged so that lecturers can present learning innovations relevant to the challenges of the digital transformation era. The twelve UBSI lecturers who passed the Inspiring Lecturer Program (ILP) 2026 by ParagonCorp are Untung Rohwadi, ST, M.Kom., Bintang Junita, S.E., M.M., Dra. Yani Sri Mulyani, M.M., Dzulchan Abror, M.Kom., Eni Reptiningsih, S.T.P., M.M., Lila Dini Utami, M.Kom., Lydia Salvina Helling, S.Kom., M.M.S.I., Rahmi Aulia Nurdini, M.Pd., Deby Puspitaningrum, S.Sos., M.Si., Sigit Wibawa, S.T., M.T., Silvia Nanda Putri Erito, M.Pd., and RR Roosita Cindrakasih, S.H., M.I.Kom. UBSI Rector, Prof Dr Ir Mochamad Wahyudi, M.Kom., MM, M.Pd, IPU, ASEAN Eng, expressed his appreciation for this achievement. According to him, the success of the lecturers reflects a spirit of continuous self-development as professional educators capable of delivering quality learning. He hopes that the knowledge, experience, and networks gained during the programme can be implemented in the learning process to benefit students, the institution, and the wider community. He noted that improving lecturer competence has a direct impact on the quality of graduates produced. Prof Wahyudi also affirmed that UBSI will continue to support its lecturers in participating in various capacity-building programmes through collaboration with industry and professional institutions. Such synergy is considered an essential part of realising higher education that is adaptive to technological developments, innovation, and the needs of the workforce. Through the Inspiring Lecturer Program (ILP) 2026 by ParagonCorp, participants will have the opportunity to develop leadership competencies, learning innovations, and strengthen the role of lecturers as academic changemakers. The programme is expected to produce educators who are not only academically excellent but also able to inspire students to continue creating, innovating, and making positive contributions to society.
