12:00 WIB: Rupiah Exchange Rate Continues to Plummet, US Dollar Hits Rp17,925

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — The Rupiah exchange rate continued its weakening trend against the US Dollar today, Wednesday (3/6/2026). The Rupiah is now moving closer to the next psychological level of Rp18,000/US$.

According to Refinitiv data, by 12:00 WIB, the US Dollar had reached the level of Rp17,925. Previously, at 09:26 WIB, the Rupiah had weakened by 0.39% to the level of Rp17,900/US$, marking a new all-time low for the Rupiah against the greenback.

This depreciation has deepened compared to the market opening, when the Rupiah opened 0.22% lower at the level of Rp17,870/US$.
