Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has disclosed that there are 11 large-asset companies currently queuing for initial public offerings (IPOs). These three are included in the BEI’s stock listing pipeline as of 30 April 2026. BEI’s Director of Company Valuation, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, stated that by the end of April, one company had already listed its shares on the BEI. The total funds raised from that IPO action reached Rp0.3 trillion. As of now, BEI still has 15 companies in the stock listing process. Of that number, four companies have medium-scale assets, while the other 11 are classified as large-scale assets. “There are no or zero companies with small assets (under Rp50 billion) in the exchange’s IPO pipeline,” as quoted from a written response on Monday (4/6/2026). This classification refers to the provisions of POJK Number 53/POJK.04/2017, where large assets mean total assets above Rp250 billion. Meanwhile, there are no small-asset companies in the current pipeline. From a sectoral perspective, there are 3 companies from the Consumer Cyclicals sector; 3 companies from the Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector; 1 company from the Energy sector; and 1 company from the Financials sector. There are also 3 companies from the Healthcare sector; 2 companies from the Infrastructures sector; and 2 companies from the Technology sector.
