11 Companies with Assets Over Rp 250 Billion Ready for IPO
PT Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has recorded 11 large-scale asset companies in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) pipeline on the Indonesian capital market. In addition, there are four medium-scale asset companies in the IPO queue as of 30 April 2026.
“Up to now, there are 15 companies in the BEI share listing pipeline,” said BEI’s Director of Company Valuation, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, in an official statement in Jakarta on Monday, 4 May 2026, as quoted by Antara.
The criteria for large-scale asset companies are those with assets exceeding Rp 250 billion, while medium-scale asset companies have assets between Rp 50 billion and Rp 250 billion.
The asset classification of these companies refers to Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 53/POJK.04/2017.
Nyoman explained that the 15 companies in the queue consist of three companies in the healthcare sector, three in the primary consumer goods sector, and three in the non-primary consumer goods sector.
Then, two companies in the infrastructure sector and two in the technology sector. Furthermore, one company in the energy sector and one in the financial sector.
As of 30 April 2026, one company has conducted an IPO on the Indonesian capital market, raising funds worth Rp 302.4 billion.
The total number of companies listed on the Indonesian capital market is 957 companies as of 30 April 2026, with a target of 50 companies to conduct IPOs throughout 2026.
Meanwhile, from debt and sukuk securities issuance activities (EBUS), BEI recorded 54 issuances from 35 EBUS issuers with funds raised amounting to Rp 58.90 trillion as of 30 April 2026.
Up to that period, Nyoman revealed that there are 47 issuances from 33 EBUS issuers in the queue to issue EBUS. As for rights issue actions, there are three companies that have conducted rights issues with a total value of Rp 3.75 trillion up to 30 April 2026.
In the queue, there is one company that will conduct a rights issue from the property sector.
