100 stolen vehicles seized in Bogor

JAKARTA (JP): Bogor police say they arrested 10 suspected car
thieves and seized 100 stolen vehicles during the month of March.

Chief of the West Java District Police Information Affairs
Department, Lt. Col. Istanto, said that the arrests had been made
on the basis of information gained in an earlier car theft case.

The 100 vehicles recovered consisted of 76 cars and 24
motorcycles, Istanto said.

In February Bogor police arrested 5 people on suspicion of
vehicle theft and seized 131 vehicles. (31)
