Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Rupiah has failed to strengthen against the pressure of the United States (US) Dollar. As of 10:00 WIB, the US Dollar has reached the level of Rp18,150.

According to Refinitiv data, as of 09:07 WIB, just seven minutes after the market opened, the Rupiah weakened to the level of Rp18,100/US$. This position caused the Garuda currency to depreciate by approximately 0.50% against the US Dollar.
