2) Managers of public places are required to prepare specific places for smokers that be provided with exhausting fans.

1) Motorized vehicles are required to fulfill vehicular emission standard.

2) Motorized vehicles are required to undergo emission tests at least once in six months.

1) Public transports and vehicles owned by the city administration are required to use fuel gas.

5. Article 24,

1) Building management is responsible for air quality in public places inside the building.

2) Building management is required to control air pollution in the parking place.

6. Article 27,

1) In an effort to recover air quality, a car free day will be stipulated in certain area.

2) Car free day in certain area is at least once in a month.

7. Article 29,

1) Anyone or institution whose business causes air pollution is responsible for financing air quality improvement.

8. Article 33.

1) Public has right to submit class action against polluters that cause people's suffering

2) Governor may act for public interest.

9. Article 40,

1) Beside policemen, civil servant investigators may carry out investigation against crime aspect of air pollution.

10. Article 41,

2) Polluters are threatened with six month imprisonment or Rp 50 million fine at the highest.

11. Article 44,

The bylaw must be enforced no longer than one year after its approval.
