Paramount Land has distributed 1,580 food aid packages to the community through a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme initiated by the property developer. This activity forms part of the company’s series of social initiatives during Ramadan 2026.

Paramount Land director Norman Daulay stated that the Ramadan social service programme is a CSR activity regularly held by the company each year as an expression of gratitude and corporate responsibility towards the community during the holy month.

“The Ramadan Social Service programme is a CSR activity regularly held each year as an expression of thanksgiving and a demonstration of the company’s concern for the community during the holy month of Ramadan,” Norman said in an official statement on Monday 16 March.

Beyond distributing food aid packages, the company also organised joint breaking-of-fast meals at four mosques located in Cukanggalih Village and Kadu Village on 3–4 March 2026. During these events, the company distributed takjil (traditional Ramadan snacks) and breaking-of-fast meals to the surrounding community. On the same occasion, the company also provided 200 worship equipment packages to orphans.

Norman explained that Paramount Land’s CSR programme focuses on three main pillars: education, healthcare, and environment. Through these three pillars, the company implements various social programmes intended to provide benefits to the community in the short, medium, and long term.

Beyond Ramadan activities, the company also supports local government social programmes, including through an environmental education initiative conducted in February 2026 in collaboration with the Tangerang Regency Department of Environmental Affairs and Forestry.

The programme aims to raise awareness among young people about the importance of responsible and sustainable environmental management.

Paramount Land considers the various CSR programmes implemented through the Paramount Petals and Paramount Gading Serpong developments to form part of the company’s commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Through these social initiatives, the company hopes to contribute to improving community quality of life, strengthening the local economy, and supporting more sustainable regional development.
