In addition to recording the traffic increase, Jasa Marga is continuously improving services for road users. One of them is through the transformation of the call centre with a three-digit number that is easier to access. The President Director of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Rivan A. Purwantono, said this change aims to make it easier for road users to seek emergency assistance. “The 133 number will make it easier for road users experiencing emergency conditions to immediately contact the assistance service,” said Rivan in his official statement. “In addition, this number is also easier to remember because of its unique digits. With a three-digit number, the service becomes more responsive and facilitates road users in accessing information, reporting emergency incidents, or requesting assistance from on-site officers,” added Rivan.
