Thames Water to sell stake in Indonesia's Thames PAM Jaya to Acuatico Jakarta (ANTARA News) - PT Thames PAM Jaya (TPJ) said in a statement that its major shareholder, U.K.-based firm Thames Water Plc, has agreed to sell its entire 95 pct stake in the joint venture to Acuatico Pte Ltd for an undisclosed sum. Acuatico Pte Ltd is a consortium formed by PT Recapital Advisors and infrastructure project management company PT Glendale Partners.

Singapore visitor arrivals higher in August, led by Indonesians Singapore (ANTARA News) - Singapore's visitor arrivals in August rose 7.2 percent from the same month last year to reach 870,000, the city-state's tourism board said Wednesday. Neighbouring Indonesia led the influx with 164,000 visitors, followed by China, Japan, Australia and Malaysia, the Singapore Tourism Board said as reported by AFP.
