The Manpower Ministry is estimating the cost of a decent standard of living (KHL) to inform the setting of provincial minimum wages (UMP) for 2027. The government will also consult national tripartite and wage councils on the wage-setting formula, while provincial governors will determine the final rates based on recommendations from provincial wage councils.
