Extreme rainfall has devastated Bali, killing 18 people and leaving two missing, with some areas receiving a month's worth of precipitation in less than two days. President Prabowo Subianto has mobilised government agencies and resources for rescue and recovery operations, whilst thousands of volunteers assist in clearing debris and restoring normal life.
