Indonesia has announced a dedicated working group to accelerate nuclear power development towards 2030–2035 operational targets as part of its energy transition strategy and net-zero emissions commitment by 2060. The government will address institutional challenges, regulatory frameworks, and public safety concerns through collaboration with international agencies including the International Atomic Energy Agency.
