An Indonesian engineer was fatally struck by a Bell 206L4 helicopter's rotor blade when the aircraft lost balance during refuelling operations in Bentong, Malaysia. The 27-year-old victim, Finsen Resky Sembiring, died whilst the pilot survived with minor injuries, and the helicopter was completely destroyed by fire.
