ExxonMobil to sell assets in Aceh

By Rangga D Fadhillah US-based ExxonMobil says it is selling its shares in three companies associated with gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) producing operations in Aceh – Mobil Exploration Indonesia, ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia and Mobil Indonesia LNG. The company reported in a press statement sent to The Jakarta Post on Monday that the to-be-sold assets included the Arun field and the North Sumatra offshore field.

Coal India looking at buys in Indonesia, Australia, U.S: exec

Aug 8 (Reuters) - Coal India , the world's largest coal miner, is looking at one acquisition each in Indonesia, Australia and the United States, its chairman said on Monday. The likely size of each deal will be below 10 billion rupees ($223.5 million), and the company has set aside 60 billion rupees for acquisitions this fiscal year, N. C. Jha told reporters after shares in the company were included in India's main stock index .
