Export growth below target in 2007
JAKARTA (JP): The country's total exports grew by 13.09 percent in 2007, a figure which was below the government's target of 14.5 percent, said the latest report from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The BPS report issued Friday shows exports reached a total value of US$113.99 billion last year. Non-oil and gas export categories contributed a total of $91.94 billion, an increase of 15.51 percent compared with 2006.
