he's got it wrong,.the labor law changed in february 2006,.if an employee resigns he has no entitlement if he is sacked for gross Misconduct and the proper procedures have been adhered too then he gets nothing,.if he is fired for being a lazy bastard then he gets 15% of any compensation that would have been due should he have been made redundant

It wasn't that the journalist's departure so delighted the employer that the latter decided to open the purse strings and make the divorce a joyous occasion for both parties.

i sort of wondered too what he mean't by R&R ... but anyway, how many of these damn "one-roof" (sic) centres have we seen now?? all they accomplish is to add yet another layer of bureaucracy to what are already massively cumbersome processes.

it will take a hell of year to do that. Saying some time is much easy that doing it or implimentation. In order to do that, my opinion. (1) to form a board (2) Invite some investors to be in the board. (3) Implement R & R. And so fore. It not easy at all. Singapore & Malaysia take such along time to do that too.
