I seem to remember that Bulgari paid fay weldon a stackload to product place in her novel a while back? " Family businesses are common in Italy. But probably there are more in Indonesia." aha!Got it! We have a nasty spraytannesque versace resort in brisvegas or the gold coast somewhere-palazzo versace I think its called? A friends son went up there for his birthday -its quite the gay life apparantly!

Founded by Greek emigrant Sotirio Bvlgari as a jewelry business, the company, which is based in Rome, Italy, has expanded into the design and hospitality business. The company launched its second resort in Uluwatu, Bali, on Sept. 23, following the success of its boutique hotel in Milan, Italy.

I particularly enjoyed the views expressed by Budiono Kusumohamidjojo in his article in The Jakarta Post of Sept. 18 and his conclusion that there is a need for courageous reforms.

Wide gap persists between macro and micro-economy Umar Juoro, Jakarta Macroeconomic stability has gradually been restored after the shock of the fuel hikes in October 2005. Inflation, at least on a month-to-month basis has been showing a declining trend, even though on a year-on-year basis it remains high. Inflation in the coming months is likely to decline even further especially on a year-on-year basis. Similarly there is a declining trend in interest rates. The fiscal deficit is also low.

Adhi Karya higher on Saudi Arabia projects news Jakarta (ANTARA News) - State-construction firm PT Adhi Karya was sharply higher in active early trade on news that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Bin Ladin group of Saudi Arabia to construct monorail and other transport projects worth around 5 bln usd, dealers said. At 9.48 am, Adhi Karya was up 40 rupiah, or 6.56 pct, at 650 on volume of 22.37 mln shares, making it the top traded stock by volume and value.
