ZPG distributes free condom

MANADO, North Sulawesi: The Zero Population Growth Foundation (ZPG), a non-governmental organization, has distributed some 4,000 free condoms to sex workers and their customers here.

The free distribution program for sex workers and the customers was kicked off on July 8 and will run through October.

Denny Rompas, the program manager of ZPG, said that the free condoms were distributed in brothel complexes throughout North Sulawesi province. The program is accompanied by an HIV/AIDS education program. -- JP
