Yeltsin's sad inauguration

The Chechen representatives were not invited to the ceremony. They invited themselves to Grozny instead.

A rainbow of flames from the Chechen capital is hovering over the Kremlin. The Chechen people are reminding people that Yeltsin betrayed them.

The events of the past several days show how inefficient the Russian officers are and that Russian soldiers lack any motivation to take part in the dirty war in Chechnya.

A sad inauguration of a sad, ill man is taking place.
