Woman swept away by flash flood

BANDUNG: A housewife was killed when she was swept away by a
flash flood which gushed through Cipaku village in Paseh Majalaya
district, West Java.

Wati, 55, died in the flood, which began on Friday, that has
also swept away seven houses in the village.

Brig. Mulyana of the Paseh police said on Sunday that police
were still searching for Sari binti Otang, 12, who was also swept
away in an overflow of the Cisanggalan river.(25/hdn)
