JAKARTA (JP): Noted painter Widayat, who turned 77 on March
23, is scheduled to hold a solo exhibition at Galeri Santi, Jl.

The display is scheduled to be opened by local tycoon James
Riady and painting collector Oei Hong Djien on April 30.

The exhibition will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 6

Widayat, regarded by some as the country's most prominent
painter after Affandi, will feature 50 of his oils, watercolors,
acrylics and drawings.

The exhibition will also commemorate the second anniversary of
the Widayat Museum in the village of Mungkid, Borobudur, Central
Java.
