Why not Wiranto?

Mr. Suparjo asks the readers in his letter who they think
should be president (The Jakarta Post, April 19, 2001).

Well, certainly in my mind there is no doubt that should one
be looking for a leader who is charismatic, cultured, educated
and above all else loyal, one need look no further than Mr.
Wiranto.

Has he not proved time and time again his absolute loyalty to
his country, one nation, his president, his fellow officers and
his principles? Even in the face of adversity he has upheld his
beliefs (right or wrong). Then again, perhaps that is not what
"democracy" is all about...
