Why foreign language?

From Neraca

It was deplorable that the banner carried by the demonstrators during a recent protest read: Harmoko, your decision is the best. It can be seen in the photo published in Jayakarta on June 28, 1994. Why should it be in English? The message was clearly intended for the Indonesian public, not for foreigners.

Let the row about the revocation of the publishing licenses of the three media be our own domestic affair instead of spreading it to the foreign media. Why don't we love Bahasa Indonesia? Our President always uses the Indonesian language, even if he has to deliver a speech abroad.
