Whose computer?

On Monday, Oct. 17, 1994, at about midnight I boarded a taxi in the Blok M area. I do not remember the name and the number of the taxi.

I found a portable computer in the taxi. I presume the computer belongs to a German because the computer bears a label in the German language.
