Webber talks with Williams

LONDON: Mark Webber has had a meeting with Formula 1 team chief Frank Williams, but says it was nothing more than a social chat over lunch.

Webber is still in serious discussions with Mercedes-Benz but has strenuously denied recent reports he has tested a McLaren- Mercedes, saying the reports are "a complete fabrication".

Incidentally, the young Australian celebrated his 21st birthday in the UK yesterday.
