We are poisoning ourselves

In western countries people commit suicide by directing the emission from the exhaust pipe of their car into the car, where they are sitting and breathing in the poison gas of the running engine.

Most Indonesian people seem to be committing suicide, because after they wake up in the morning first they start the engines of their cars and motorbikes and let them run until they have a shower and breakfast and then drive to work.

They let the poisonous exhaust fumes run even into open doors of the house with their children playing nearby. Why doesn't the media here not tell them that all that is coming out of an exhaust pipe is poison?

It is proven that diesel emissions can cause cancer, among other diseases, and benzol is one of the main poisons that causes leukemia and many other diseases in children and also adults. Modern engines do not need to be warmed. In fact it is not good for the engines.
