WB to publish bulletin in Aceh
JAKARTA: The World Bank will publish a bulletin in Aceh that will carry stories about reconstruction work and humanitarian stories in the province.
The bank said that the bi-weekly journal, called Ceureumen (a local word meaning mirror), will appear every Saturday as a supplement in the local Serambi Indonesia daily. The first issue will be published on Aug. 6.
The bank said that the bulletin was also expected to become an information bridge between institutions carrying out reconstruction work and the people of Aceh.
The editorial staff of Ceureumen for the time being will consist of five local journalists, plus a number freelance contributors stationed in various parts of Aceh who are doing reconstruction work. -- Antara
