Wayang show at Gedung Kesenian

JAKARTA (JP): A wayang leather puppet show called Langendriyan
Bharata will be performed at 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Gedung
Kesenian Jakarta building in Central Jakarta.

The performance, for which tickets will cost between Rp 10,000
and Rp 15,000, will feature the controversial figure of Kala
Bendana the giant and his nephew, wayang hero Gatotkaca, among
other characters.

The show, set in Gatotkaca's kingdom of Pringgandani, will be
directed by Heru Purnomo. (anr)
