Water supply in Batununggal Indah

For the last six months, we, who are living at Batununggal Mulia, have faced water difficulties caused by the developer. Since the swimming pool was opened, almost every day the supply of water is stopped at certain hours in order to meet the pool's requirements. It is so annoying because most of the time they stop the water supply in the evening. This is precisely the time at which we need to bathe our children, cook, etc. How can we organize our daily activities without water?

Worst still, for the last two months the water pressure has been so weak that we cannot even fill our bathtub. We have to use a hose to fill a bucket first until we have enough water with which to bathe.

Every time we call the department that is handling this case, they always say that the machine is out of order and they are still trying to fix it. God knows when they will finish the job.

Unfortunately the company continues to charge us the usual fee of Rp 10,000 as a minimum payment (they assume a minimum usage of 10 cubic meters). In the meantime we have managed to buy water from other sources, but that is an unnecessary expense and waste of time.

We sincerely hope that the Batununggal Indah developer will take prompt action and do something about it instead of just giving us empty promises. It is indisputable that it should stick to the promises it made when we bought the house.
