Water problem in Jakarta

I am a visitor here in Jakarta and I come from the Philippines.

After staying here for a few days and having seen your business and urban districts in Jakarta, Bandung and Manado I have the impression that Indonesia is enjoying some sort of economic boom.

I had a similar impression about Korea's economy when I visited Seoul sometime in the late 1970s. All signs point to the emergence of Indonesia as a newly industrialized country or an emerging tiger in Asia.

One setback though, which could be easily corrected if the government just put its heart into it, is Jakarta's perennial water problem. Please do something about it.
