Water in West Jakarta to be disrupted

JAKARTA: Residents who live around Jl. Daan Mogot and Jl.
Tubagus Angke in West Jakarta will have their tap water supply
disconnected on July 23 and July 24 due to maintenance works by
PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya (Palyja).

Palyja announced on Tuesday that technical work would be
conducted to maintain water pipes on Jl. Pesing Koneng. The
disruption to the water supply will start at 7 p.m. on Wednesday
and finish at 10 a.m. on Thursday.

Another pipe maintenance project will commence on Thursday in
Jl. Anggrek Cendrawasih and Jl. S. Parman, (also in West
Jakarta).

The Maintenance will disrupt tap water supplies on Jl. S.
Parman, Jl. Daan Mogot, Jl. Kyai Tapa, Jl. Latumenten, Jl.
Jembatan Dua, Jl. Jembatan Tiga, Taman Buaya, Tanjung Duren and
Tomang. In these areas, the water disturbance will start at 7
p.m. on Thursday and end at 10 a.m. on Friday. -- JP
