Warning of riots

It is an unfortunate fact that, in the run-up to the presidential election, there is going to be an increase in civil unrest. If such a system is not already in place, would it not be a good idea if the Armed Forces were to immediately report likely trouble spots to the radio and TV stations, so that radio/TV stations could put out "early warning newsflashes", to enable law-abiding citizens to go about their business without getting unwittingly embroiled between the Armed Forces and protesters rioting against spiraling food prices.

Might I suggest, that you pass on this thought to the military/police headquarters.
