War on drugs launched in Bogor

BOGOR (JP): The Bogor administration along with community and
religious leaders here jointly declared on Thursday a war against
drugs, gambling and prostitution in the town.

The declaration was made after participants witnessed the
burning of two kilograms of ganja and about 200 ecstasy pills
which were seized a month ago by police during a drug operation.

"I'll take stern action against any of my subordinates
involved in the drug business," North Bogor Regent Efendy said.
