Wanaartha gets Rosch training

JAKARTA (JP): Local insurance company Wanaartha Life announced on Friday a collaborative venture with Manila-based consulting firm Rosch Consulting to help strengthen its performance.

Wanaartha president Evelina Pietruschka said that under the agreement, Rosch would provide training of international standard for Wanaartha's agents and employees to increase their sales capabilities.

She added that the training would be delivered by Rosch's president, Rene C. de Jesus.

"This is one of our important efforts to become the country's insurance market leader," she said in statement.

At present, Wanaartha, which was established in 1974 under the name PT Asuransi Jiwa Mahkota Jaya Abadi, has 67 branches in the country.

In 1996, the firm received an ISO 9001 certificate in customer service. (05)
